Show BEAVER WOMAN DIES IN CEDAR HOSPITAL Mrs. Thomas Ward, wife of Thomas Thom-as Ward of Beaver died suddenly in the Cedar City hospital, Wednesday evening at 7:30 following an operation opera-tion for gall stones and appendicitis. Mary Ann Willden, daughter of Elliot and Emma Claws Willden was born January 5, 1881, being at the time of her death 51 years, one month, 5 days old. Her mother died while Mary Ann was quite young, her father afterwards after-wards married again and Mrs. Christiana Willden became a real mother to her, and survives her. Thirty-two years ago she married Thomas Ward and five living children child-ren of this union survive"; Clyde, Carl Kenneth, Kathryn, and Mrs. Vinnie Ashworth all of Beaver. A son Lor-an, Lor-an, died about 14 months ago. She also leaves 5 grand children and seven sev-en brothers and sisters George Willden of Salt Lake City, Elliott Willden of Scipio, William Willden of Beaver, Emma Jane Burnson of Fillmore, Mrs. Caroline Valentine, Eleanore Ivie and Violet Dalley of Beaver. |
