Accident claims BYU student damage to the Massey vehicl $300 to the Decker car, and $200 1 the Layne auto. An Illinois man died Saturday in the American Fork Hospital from injuries received in an automobile accident at 200 South Geneva Road, Lindon, Saturday afternoon. Pleasant Grove Police Officer Jay Thornton said that Charles E. Leschine, Park Forest, 111., died in surgery at the hospital. He was believed be-lieved to be a BYU student. The officer said the accident occurred when the Lischine vehicle pulled onto Geneva Road and was struck in the side by a car driven by Shauna Massey, Highland. The victim's car was then pushed into a car driven by Waldren Decker, Orem, and then pushed into another car driven by Raymond Layne, Cedar Hills. A passenger in the Massey car received injuries to the leg and was treated at American Fork Hospital. The driver received bruises and abrasions to the head.
