Show Public Notices NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications requesting re-questing an EXTENSION OF TIME WITHIN WHICH TO SUBMIT SUB-MIT PROOF OF BENEFICIAL USE have been filed with the State Engineer. It is represented that additional ad-ditional time is needed to place the water to beneficial use in Garfield County. Persons objecting to an application applica-tion must file a Protest stating the reasons for the protest. To have a hearing before the State Engineer, persons must request a hearing in the Protest. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Tropic Town Council will hold a public hearing regarding the adoption adop-tion of the General Plan of Tropic Town, Utah. The General Plan sets pertinent goals and policies related to Land Use, Transportation, Public Lands, the Environment. Public Facilities and Services, and Economy Development, Devel-opment, and recommends specific Implementation procedures as proposed pro-posed by Tropic Town, Utah. One copy of the proposed General Plan is places in each of the following three locations for examination: 1. Doug's Place, 2. The Tronic Post Office, 3. The Country Mall Interested persons desiring Input into this public hearing are invited to attend the meeting to be held on Thursday the 18th day of January, 1996, in the Tropic Fire Station at 7:00 P.M. or present their views in writing prior to the public hearing.
