Show Page 8 UTAH February 1971 FARM BUREAU Accident Insurance Pays Farm Exports Up Hie first claim under Farm Bureau's Accidental death policy was being processed this past week. The claim resulted from the death of Gerald Dee Spencer, age 44 of Randolph in a mine accident Mr. Spencer was crushed when a cave in of rock trapped him at a phosphate mine located in Rich County. Hie $1000.00 accidental death policy is inforce for all Farm Bureau members who paid their membership before February 1, 1971. It is included without additional cost as a part of the membership benefit Coverage extends to the named member and spouse. It covers all accidental death, exclusive of that incurred in a licensed motor vehicle. Mr. Spencer , who operated a small ranch in Rich County, along with his work at the mine, is survived by his wife and four children. The family have been members of Farm Bureau for several years. We of Farm Bureau extend our sympathy to the Spencer family in this tragedy, and are happy to be able to be of some financial assistance to diem at this time.
