EQUIPMENT CHECKOUT: We have camp-mequipment, boats, canoes ready to go. CENTENNIAL PARK Centennial Park is located near the South Gate and is available to rent for picnics. There are three a.m.-noo- n, g THE LOG CABIN on base is available to rent for parties, weddings, receptions, reunions, squadron functions, etc. FISHING POND Children under the age of 18 can fish in the pond by the Log Cabin. Buy season licenses for $5. Or a day pass for $1 at Outdoor Recreation, Bldg. 524. FAMILY CAMP: Rates are just $10 per night and , include electricity. It has a new restroom, shower, laundry facility. All DoD employees and retirees are eligible to use the Family Camp sites. For reservations or information call the Family Camp Host at Ext. ROD AND GUN CLUB: Hours Wednesday and Thursday 6 p.m., weekends 10 a.m.-- 5 p.m. Trapshoot on Wednesday and Saturday and skeetshoot Thursday and Sunday. Come join the fun and do some white water rafting on the Snake River. Enjoy the unique atmosphere of a real western town. This trip has 'it all! Trip includes transportation, campground for 2 nights, raft and equipment, trip leader and three meals. Children must be 8 years or older. Bring camping gear, water shoes, rain gear,, towels, sunscreen, personal items and money for 2 lunches and 1 breakfast. Cost $115 per 2-- person. Minimum 8 people, maximum 25 people. BEGINNING FLY FISHING CLASS: Sept. 6. The ideal class for anyone who would like to fly fish. No experience necessary. Four, two hour classes and one field trip to a river location for some practical application. Classes will be held at the Log Cabin Bldg. 804 Students must provide their own equipment. Cost is $20. Minimum age 8 years. Maximum 15 people. TONY GROVE CANOE TRIP: Sept. 11. Go for a canoe ride around Tony Grove and then enjoy a dinner of dutch oven chili and fry bread. Tony Grove is located in beautiful Logan Canyon. Trip will depart at 4:40 p.m. at Bldg. 524 and return around 11 p.m. Cost is $20 per couple or $15 per individual. Trip is limited to 7 canoes so sign up early. PAIUTE TRAIL ATV RIDE: Sept. 22-2Travel part of the 250 mile Paiute Trail on an ATV. The section that we plan on traveling will be a scenic part of the Fremont Indian State Park.Meals provided are Friday- - dinner, Saturday- - breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sui. lay breakfast. OAP provides transportation, TV, helmet, gas for ATV, meals and trip loader. Cost is $120 per person. Minimum of 4 people, maximum of 6 people. Only one rid ner ATV. GHOSTTOWNTRIP: Sept 30 - Oct Johnson, Utah is an old Ghost Town from the 1870s and was used for making movies., It is located in Kane County, close to Kanab. It is said the Aztec had hidden a cache of gold inside a treasure chamber close to the town. Enjoy camping and good food! Go with us and check out some local history. Cost is $40 for adults, $20 children under 13. Minimum 9 people, maximum 14 people. Trip includes, transportation, 1 dinner ! and 1 breakfast and trip leader.
