Show YEAR BOOK OF 1907. Following the custom of the Department De-partment of Agriculture, James Wil-son, Wil-son, Ih : secretary, has issued and is distributing a year book for 1907. l,t is n book of 800 pages and full of matter mat-ter interesting and instructive to the farmer. It is not materially different from the thirteen which have preceded preced-ed it. But it seems to us it is rather fuller of practical information. Of course the first part of the book, 1-38 pages, is given up to the annual report re-port of the secretary, in which he reviews re-views the work of the past year and refers to he hopes for the coming year. The remainder of the book is made up of 27 -different papers covering cover-ing a wide variety of subjects, all prepared pre-pared by officers and special investigators investi-gators employed by the' department. Added is also an appendix of nearly 300 pages with a vast number of tables of crop yields, information as to weather bureau, progress of forcstrv and a vast fund of other information.
