Show I WINDER j a WINDER Miss Erma Dean Taylor Tay-lor returned home from the Pres-'on Pres-'on hospital Friday. Miss Taylor was operated on for appendicitis recently. PTA was heid here last Monday evening in the form of a social. Games were played and prize;; were won by Lorine Smith, T. C. Palmer, LaVon Talbot and James C. Taylor. A good crowd attended. Several people from here attended at-tended the M Men aud Gleaner Girls Harvest Ball in' Preston on Tuesday evening. Many officers and teachers at tended the leadership meetings in Preston Sunday. A large crowd of relatives and friends attended the dance and shower given in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Johnson Friday evening. eve-ning. Many beautiful and useful gifts were received. Mr. and Mrs. Orville Talbot and family were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ren Martin on Thanksgiving Day. Clyde Carter spent the holidays in California with the University of Idaho, South, football team. Miss Laura Swainston is spending spend-ing a few days with her parents Mr and Mrs. William Swainston. Mrs. M. A. Winn and Alma Winn spent a few days in Pocatello with friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Taylor were called to Weston Saturday evening because of the illness of Mr. Taylor's Tay-lor's grandmother, Mrs. Rose.
