Bren Petersen is one of the-oldest the-oldest men in point of business in Sugar House. He, with his-, brothers, operated a market where the Apex Electric now stands at 21st South near 11th East as long ago as 1919. And through the years Bren Petersen's Pe-tersen's name has become associated associ-ated with fine, choice meats, excellent ex-cellent service and the good atmosphere at-mosphere of proper business ethics. Neat as a pin and with a thirt spread of sawdust on the floors, reminiscent of the olden days, Bren Petersen's market is expanding now to better serve the public. A complete line of groceries and fresh frozen foods will be added to the shelves for Bren's customers. Ample parking space, a requisite of the one-stop-shop these days, is available at the new market. Good natured, genial and accommodating accom-modating Bren will be surrounded by his efficient staff of veteran and youthful meat cutters including includ-ing George Murray who has been with him 13 years; Howard Jones, Kenneth Faddis and Gerald Do-man. Do-man. Beginning next week, when you want to enjoy shopping again at Bren Petersen's remember he's now located just west of the Walker Walk-er Bank in Sugar House, on bustling bustl-ing 21st South street.
