According to Utah Division of Wildlife Resources game management chief, Dwight Bunnel, key decisions will be made based on several years of intense efforts to balance biological factors with public needs and desires. The two driving forces for the possible changes are: the number of hunters in the field during the rifle deer hunt and the number and size of deer seen while hunting.
