Community Care Project Zenergy Pilates, Bodywork, and Wellness Might be the Answer Zenergy Pilates, Bodywork, and Wellness is now in Eden to help you reclaim your strength, balance, and beauty. Are you in your 30s, 40s, or 50s, and move like you are 80? Maybe your pant size has crept from a size 8 to a 14, or you struggle with that nagging pain in your neck and back. Perhaps you have ignored your flexibility until now, and feel trapped in your own body; or you look in the mirror and wonder, “What happened?” Don’t submit to the belief that this is simply “part of getting old.” Now is the time to stand up and say, “I age on my own terms: strong, energized, balanced, centered, and beautiful! Many middle aged people have worked hard to maintain their health and wellness. And those people are not alone when the shock of middle age creeps into their lives. Everyone at some point realizes that time and a busy life have robbed them of their strength, energy, and ease of motion. And their attempts to stay healthy are just not working as well as they would like. However, with this realization comes the power to transform midlife into a time of optimal, vibrant health. Optimal health means that you feel energized, strong, and balanced everyday; move through life with physical ease, comfort, and grace; respond to life’s challenges with calm, centered vigor; enjoy all the things that give you pleasure whether it be playing with you children, grandchildren, or pets; or traveling, hiking, golfing, dancing, etc. Zenergy Pilates, Bodywork, and Wellness is excited and pleased to be able to serve the Ogden Valley community to create this state of optimal health. Zenergy offers a variety of services and solutions that will help community members on the road to wellness. Zenergy suggests, “Start doing Pilates and create a toned, flexible, centered body that moves with ease and comfort all day long. Indulge in therapeutic bodywork to eliminate nagging pain and release deep muscular tension and stress. Ten years ago Debbie Ferguson started a quilt exchange. Twelve friends make 12 identical quilt squares each. Then they all met together and exchanged the squares so each would have 12 varied squares for a quilt. This evolved into 20 exchanges involving 86 people from this area as well as several different states.
