The Ward Choir held a surprise party for Mr. Ivan Woodward Saturday Sat-urday night at his home. Games were played and a tray luncheon the home of Bishop Frank Woodward, Wood-ward, Saturday evening. The Ladies Literary Club met at the home of Mrs. Cyril Lowe, Thursday Thu-rsday afernoon. Mrs. Myrtle Gofi.' and Mrs. J. C. Mrs. Ruby Haworth entertained the 500 club at her home Wednesday Wednes-day afternoon. 500 was played with high score prize going to Mrs. Al-fonda Al-fonda Hawkes and consolution prize going to Mrs. Cythnia Wright Five members were present and he following guests; Mrs. Cora How-warth, How-warth, Mrs. Beth Cole and Mrs. 1 Cythna Wright. A delicious lunch was served at. the close of the afternoon. Mrs. George Anderson of Brig-ham Brig-ham City and Mrs. Vida Lynd of Yost, Utah were dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Wright, Saturday evening. Mrs. Mary P. Johnson of Pam-ona Pam-ona California and Mrs. D. L. Barnard Bar-nard of Salt Lake City spent a few days of last week visiting at the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Horace Howarth, Mr, and Mrs. Jim How-warth How-warth and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Robinson.
