Fullmer Succumbs to Pneumonia; Devout Latter-day Saint One of the largest funerals over held in Mapleton was that of William Wil-liam Price Fullmer, 77, who died at the family home there Saturday. Donuall sang Sometime We'll Understand". President J. V. Rringhurst spoke on the doctrine of tho church and Laura Fullmer Horn, of Salt Lake, snug "Face to Face." G rover Clyde told of his acquaintance acquaint-ance with Mr. Fullmer having lived as a neighbor for many years. Interment was in the Evergreen cemetery, under the direction of the Claudin Funeral Home. The dedicatory dedi-catory prayer was offered by Edwin M. Snow. The floral offerings were unusually profuse. Mr. Fullmer had been a resident of Mapleton 51 years, having lived there since 187;"). lie was born May 27, 1S40, in Salt Lake City. He had been an ardent church worker nil his life, serving ns councilor to Bishop Wm. T. Tew for approximately approxi-mately 20 years, and noting as superintendent sup-erintendent of Sunday schools for many years. Death was due to lobar pneumonia, pneu-monia, following an illness of two months. Surviving are bis wives, Mrs. Maria Jane Fullmer, of Mapleton, and Mrs. Elizabeth Sain.shury Fullmer, Full-mer, of Salt Lake, and the following follow-ing children: William P. Fullmer, .Jr., Darlington,' Idaho; Joseph A. Fullmer, Mrs. Phoebe Perry, both of Mapleton ; Elmer Fu 11 mer, M rs. Mary Perry, Mrs. Eva Harmison, Mrs. Hazel Boron, Mrs. Ernia .Johnson, .John-son, Mrs. Marie Mason Miss Myrtle Fullmer, all of Salt Lake; David J. Fullmer, Mrs. Gertrude Shephard both of Mammoth: Mrs. Addie Jensen, Jen-sen, Mrs. Amy Hawker, both of Mennan, Idaho; Mrs. Lufitia Johnson, John-son, Southerlnnd, Utah; Mrs. Geu-evn Geu-evn Carlson, of Pleasant Grove. Sixty-six grandchildren and 20 greatgrandchildren also survive. |
