The focus is on preparing our acquisition work force to meet the challenges of 'fH Trri in 1 The APDP will reach across our entire acquisition work force, touching on program .y v--. fjy systems. The program provides a "cradle to grave" process for the Air Force to carefully manage the acquisition work force and provide everyone in aquisition careers the opportunity to deepen and broaden their expertise across the professional spectrum. The efforts necessary to implement this g dividends program will provide for the command and the Air Force.
