Our plan at present is to continue to run the resort as an affordable option for locals and “learners,” and to do some minor upgrading to temporarily enhance the existing facilities. Eventually, plans would be made to construct a new Family Activities Center and tubing hill, and to determine the feasibility of other winter amenities such as a terrain park, Zip line, Nordic track, ice skating rink, as well as the exploration of additional four season activities to turn the resort into a true “Adventure Park.” These are family amenities we want to add to Wolf Creek Resort but have found challenging due to the resort property’s sunny, southern exposure.” Summer enhancements could include the addition of an alpine slide, community concert venue, and trails for mountain biking. Roberts further commented, “Our vision here at Wolf Creek Resort is to be Northern Utah’s most affordable familyfriendly resort. This acquisition will round out our winter amenities so that we truly offer a four-season resort experience to the many multi-generational families who are buying second homes within Wolf Creek. Wolf Creek Resort is a 2,500-acre master planned resort community located in Eden, Utah with an 18-hole PGA golf course that is site of the 2005 Men’s Amateur Tournament. Ideally located between Powder Mountain and Snowbasin Resort, the resort is in a 10-year build out program. Future plans call for eighteen additional holes, a new clubhouse, a full array of family amenities, a pitch-n-putt course, a resort village, condominium hotel, and a continued blend of resort condominiums, twin homes, and single-family homes and homesites. .
