As far as practical, the ;duty week for military personnel at Hill Field will consist of five, eight-hodays, Brig. Gen. Ray D. Harris, commanding general, Ogden Air Technical Service Command, announced this week. Normal duty hours for officers will be from 7:30 a.m. to 4:10 p.m., except on days when physical education classes are held. On these days duty hours will be extended to 5:30 p.m. For enlisted personnel, normal duty hours will be directed by the responsible officers, and will, as far as practical, consist of five, eight-hou- r work days per week. Time required for inspections or other routine duties will be scheduled in addition to ' these hours as deemed necessary by organization commanders. One hour will be allowed for lunch for all military. However, it was pointed out that all military personnel are subject to call at any time. 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and are expected to remain on duty the number of hours necessary to accomplish any mission. Officers will hold themselves available for any emergencies which may arise.
