Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Bennett attended at-tended the game on Saturday, also Mr. M. J. Moody. Verlyn and Karen spent the weekend in Sutherland Sut-herland and on Sunday were honored hon-ored with a birthday dinner at the home of Mr. and Mis. Thurmon Moody. Another eventful orwsion was the small daughter of Thurmon Thur-mon and Eva Dean receiving hei name. Mr. and Mrs. John Wind made a trip to Provo to visit with their children Doris, Auer, Bernard and Wanda, and to attend the Kigh School opera in which their granddaughter grand-daughter R'Lene was the leading ladv. The MIA play was presented at the recreation hall on Wednesday. It was very well cast and portrayed portray-ed some very good acting. The Drama people did a fine job of VrectinE:. Those who did not have the privilege of seeing it may see it at one of the other wards when it is presented there. Many of the people from this area attended the banquet and outstanding program held at the Stake house on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Elliason were visitors at the Sutherland Ward on Sunday evening in honor of the program given by the ward Belief Society.
