At a meeting of th'directors of the Baku Oil company, held at the company's offices August 23rd, 1902, a stockholders meeting was called to t October 6th, 1902, at 78 West Second South jet, Salt Lake City, Utah, at 3 o'clock p. m., for li following purposes: First To elect a board of seven directors ot said company for the ensuing year. Second to consider the propriety of disposing ot the treasury stock. Third To levy an assessment to raise the necessary nec-essary funds to pay the expenses of doing the annual an-nual labor. Trustee's Sale. Whereas, James J. Cone and Anna Cone, his wife, by their certain deed of trust, dated December Decem-ber 1, 189G, and recorded on the 9th day of April, 1897, in book "4 B" of trust deeds, on page 530, of the records in the office of the County Recorder of Salt Lake county, State of Utah, did convey to Edward Homo, as trustee, the following described real estate, situate in the county of Salt Lake, State of Utah, to-wit: Lots 47, 48 and 49 of block 3, Central Park subdivision sub-division of lots 1, 2, 3, and 16, block 41, ten-acre plat "A," Big Field survey. In trust, nevertheless, to secure the payment of a certain promissory note made and executed by James J. Cone in the principal sum of seven hundred hun-dred and fifty ($750) dollars, bearing the same date as said deed of trust, and due and payable two years after date thereof, together with interest thereon at the rate of eight (8) per cent per annum from date, payable quarter yearly, and payable to the order of Annie M. Liddell. And whereas said deed of trust provided that in case of default of the payment of said promissory promis-sory note, or any part thereof, or of the interest thereon, then said trustee was thereby authorized and empowered to sell and dispose of the said premises at public vendue, at the front door of the courthouse at the county seat of Salt Lake county, Utah, to the highest bidder for cash, first giving thirty days notice of such sale by advertisement adver-tisement in some newspaper published and printed in said county. And whereas default has been made in the payment of the said promissory note, and the same is due and unpaid. Now, therefore, the undersigned trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said note, and by virtue of the power and authority in him vested, and in accordance with the provisions of said deed of trust, will, on Tuesday, the 7th day of October, Oc-tober, A. D. 1902, at 10 o'clock a. m. of said day, at the south front door of the city and county building, the same being the county courthouse of Salt Lake county, in Salt Lake City, Utah, sell the above described premises at public vendue to the highest and best bidder for cash, for the pur pose of paying said promissory notR with interest duo thereon, and will make, execute ,-irnowleag8 and deliver to the purchaser or putvf.i- ' saI premises good and sufficient deed 01 un-ils ' ou veyance therefor.
