The game puts the Old Timers in the front -vrith five wins and no defeats, while the Arms five goes into a tie with the L, D. S. university seconds for second place. The scores of the other games were: L. D. S. university seconds (3S), vs. Dundee (26): Telegram , (31) vs. Eldredge-Hatci (IS), while the Lucas-Deseret Lucas-Deseret seniors game was postponed. The game was a fast and hard-played one throughout. The Western Arms took the lead, only to he overcome by the Old Timers in the middle of the period and the score see-sawed through the rest of the half, with the Old Timers Tim-ers coming out ahead, 8 to 7. The star work of the night was performed per-formed by Egbert, who snared tour field goals. He played a strong game throughout and did his share of the floor work. Smith at center managed, to get his portion of points. Greenwood's foul pitching was the classiest seen in the Commercial league, getting seven out of eight, makiug a total of thirteen out of fourteen as his record during league games. Ohipmau and Williams also got some nifty goals, as well as Taylor at center. Tommy Fitzpatriek came in last night and did somo good work. The L. D. S. university forwards, Raymond and West, boat Dundees. Each scored eight field goals and the guards and center were shut out. Sper-ry Sper-ry and Woollev featured with wonderful wonder-ful shooting. Both got goals from all parts of the floor. Tn the game between the Telegram and Eldredge-Hatch the former won. it was a fast battle throughout and the play was hard at all time.
