Show POPULAR COUPLE MARRIED. Miss Myrtle Jensen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Evert Jensen of Sterling, Ster-ling, and Edgar Petersen were united in marriage June 28th, the ceremony being performed at the temple in Manti. A wedding supper was tendered ten-dered them at the home of the bride's ' parents. The guests were members of the immediate families and close relatives. The home was decorated in roses. A hot supper was served at 8 o'clock. Following the supper an informal reception was held and the bride and groom were, warmly received. They were the recipients of many beautiful and useful presents. pres-ents. Mrs. Petersen, the bride, is a native daughter of Manti. She was always popular in the society set. She has spent much of her time the last few years with the Orem family in Salt Lake and California. She is an active church worker. Two years ago her parents moved to Sterling, th c place the wedding reception was held. Egdar is a native of Sterling. He has been in the employ of Isaac Voorhees of Manti for over fifteen years in (he sheep business. The newlyweds have a host of friends who wil join in wishing them happiness hap-piness and prosperity on the matrimonial matri-monial journey. |
